This manual was a collaborative project that brought many Integrative Energy investors together sharing their fine talents and precious time. Heartfelt thanks to the Members of the Integrative Energy Leadership and Learning Center Wisdom Council for your stories illustrating Integrative Energy’s principles of relationship living in your daily lives.
Integrative Energy’s Principles of Relationship are sourced from Universal Principles. Details of their origin can be found in Chapter Six of the foundational book, by Hatala and Hatala, Integrative Leadership (2005) and also in the articles of incorporation of Integrative Energy. These principles of relationship are the foundational core culture for IE which we call the “IE Way”. We feel this core will endure over the long term while our opportunities, technologies and projects will change, evolving continuously to adapt to our ever changing world.
The IE Principles of Relationship help guide us to live in alignment with the Divine. By living these principles, we strengthen our relationship to the Divine, ourselves, and one another. We, in the IE Community (investors, employees, board members, advisory board members, wisdom council members) and prospective people who want to join us, or affiliates or partners who want to collaborate with us – are in relationship to help one another on the path to Integration or Oneness. This manual is one tool for information and education that we feel will help us towards unity and away from separation.
This Principle Manual is the first project of the Integrative Energy Leadership and Learning Center Wisdom Council. The Wisdom Council’s overall purpose is to uphold the Integrative Leadership philosophy and culture within IE and to set up programs, curriculum and experiences that will help develop Integrative Leaders in the short, medium and longer term.
