The following persons serve on the management team and/or board of directors of the Company and/or IEL or serve as advisors or consultants to the same. In addition to these persons, we may retain other professionals from time to time as deemed necessary to achieve our objectives.
Richard J. Hatala, P.Eng. – President & Chief Executive Officer; Director
Prior to co-founding Integrative Energy, Rick was a founder and served as executive director of Integrative Leadership International Ltd., an executive leadership training company, from 2001 through 2004. Prior to that time he served as the CEO of Momentum Energy International Ltd. from 1997 to 2001 and CEO of Lionheart Energy Corporation from 1993 to 1997. Rick is the former General Manager of Zeeland Horizontal Ltd. (1992-1993) and held various positions over 15 years (beginning in 1976) with Gulf Canada Resources before ending as the Manager of Western Canada Reserves Exploitation in 1991.
Dennis McMurdie - Advisor - Geology
Dennis has been instrumental in developing the underlying thesis of the Texas over-thrust region where he has been actively working since 1983. Dennis is a registered geologist in the states of California, Utah, Wyoming and Texas. He also holds a Certified Petroleum Geologist designation from the American Association of Petroleum Geologists. Dennis has been an independent geologist consultant in private practice from 1983 to the present. He served as Chief Geologist and Manager of Interpretation from 1980 to 1983 for Geotronics Corporation and as a geothermal geologist from 1978 to 1980 for Southland Royalty Company. Prior to that time he served as an Area & Head Geologist from 1974 through 1978 for Union Oil Company's Geothermal Division, having started as a development geologist for Union in 1970. Dennis started his career in 1967 as a development geologist and production engineer for Thumbs Long Beach Co.
Darin H. Mangum, Esq. – Vice-President of Legal Counsel; Director
Darin is a securities attorney in private practice. He served as a director of Rocky Mountain Energy Exchange, Inc., a regional oil and gas project clearinghouse, from 1993 through 1997 and completed two internships with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 1998. He also is a principal at Corpus Capital, LLC, a private real estate concern, and serves on the board of Energy Capital Group, LLC, and Well Enhancement Services, LLC, both privately-held oil and gas service companies based in The Woodlands, Texas. His practice includes oil and gas law, real estate, corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions, and securities law compliance. His clients include private issuers, hedge funds, NASD broker/dealers, registered investment advisors, and individual investors. Darin received his law degree from Brigham Young University and is an active member of the Utah State Bar.
Robert M. Boyer, LL.B. - Canadian Legal Counsel & Advisor; Canadian Corporate Secretary
Bob is a founder and principal member of Spier Harben, a law firm based in Calgary, Alberta. Bob has practiced law for 28 years (6 of which were spent as a senior counsel with two multinational oil and gas companies). His practice includes oil and gas law, real estate, corporate finance, corporate reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions and securities law compliance. His clients include both public and private issuers. Bob has been directly involved on both a legal and management basis in projects and business enterprises in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Bob received his law degree from McGill University, is an active member of the Law Society of Alberta and an inactive member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Derek Gerlach - Director of Energy Research & Development, Director Integrative Resources
Derek has 11 years experience as a research engineer, algorhythm engineer and senior systems engineer for a number of Silicon Valley hi-tech entities and businesses. Since 2003 he has been the Principal Researcher for Archer Labs, LLC of San Francisco. Derek graduated from Stanford University with a Ph.D. in electrical engineering in the top 3% of Stanford's Ph.D. qualifying exams and is the author of 14 patents in the field of RF and communications technologies. Derek is providing ongoing assistance to Integrative Energy and Integrative Spectral Technologies in enhancing and augmenting our family of leading edge technologies and overseeing our investigation of alternative energy sources.

Rick Hatala & Darin Mangum are directors of Integrative Energy Ltd, IEL US Holdings Inc., IE USA LLC and Integrative Operating Company, and also serve as Executives of the various companies.
Carmine Falcone - Business and Energy Industry Advisor, Director
Carmine was with Shell International for 39 years where he was served as a Vice President of Corporate Planning in Calgary, Executive Vice President of Oil Products of Canada, Deputy Coordinator of Manufacturing in the Hague (where he had shareholder responsibility for all of Shell's refineries and gas plants worldwide), the Vice President of Manufacturing, Supply and Distribution of Shell Europe Oil (involving 16 refineries/160 terminals/crude oil purchase/surplus product disposition and the administrative duties for some 6000 people), and VP of Mfg & Supply of Shell Oil in Houston. Carmine also serves as Chairman of the Board of Gotar Technologies (Quebec City), is a Board Member for Heritage Crystal Clean (Chicago), and serves on the board of the Plaza Group (Houston).
Kathy Leigh-Smith, P.Eng - Petroleum Industry and Life Skills Advisor, Director
Kathy received her BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1980 from the University of Toronto. She worked in numerous positions for the past 24 years with Esso initially, and then Nexen Inc. She worked domestically and internationally as Division Manager Technical Operations, Joint Ventures, Corporate Planning, Risk Analysis and Portfolio Management. She is currently a partner in the Tao of Peace Martial Arts & Life Skills Institute. Kathy believes in the development and alignment of body, mind and spirit and has a wholistic approach to life and work. She currently resides with her husband Chris and their two children in Cochrane, Alberta, Canada.
Lillas Hatala - Director of Learning Center, Director
Lillas has over 30 years experience in all facets of human resource programs and has been intimately involved in facilitation, development, consulting and coaching for private, government, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations in this field. She is currently the Director of the Business and Leadership programs at the University of Saskatchewan and has served in that capacity for the past 12 years. She is the co-developer and co-founder of the Integrative Leadership Institute in Saskatoon and is the co-author of "Integrative Leadership: Building a Foundation for Personal, Interpersonal and Organizational Success" released in January 2005. Lillas has her Masters Degree in Continuing Education, Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Sciences, and is a dedicated Iyengar Yoga Instructor.

Jeanette Welch - Executive Administrator
Jeanette received a BS in Education with a minor in math and accounting. She was a math teacher for 20 years with the Conroe, Texas ISD. In 1980, she began working as an office manager for an oil pipeline coating company (Compression Coat, Inc), then worked in an administrative and human resources capacity for Research Periodicals (an international company with offices in 5 different countries).

W.C. ("Mike") Seth, P.Eng. – Engineering Evaluations Advisor
Mike is the past Chairman and Director of McDaniel & Associates Consultants Ltd., of Calgary, Alberta, having served with the firm for over 37 years. He has extensive experience in all aspects of oil and gas reserve evaluations in Canada and internationally. Mike has delivered numerous speeches to the oil and gas industry on related topics and has also appeared as an expert witness before various regulatory authorities and the Court of Queens Bench. He was a member of the Council of APEGGA and also served on the Enforcement Review Committee and the Practice Standards Committee - Oil & Gas Evaluations. Mike has a B.A.Sc.degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia. Mike was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of Enerplus Resources Fund, Canada's largest oil and gas income fund and of Triton Energy Corp., a private oil and gas company. He is also a Founder and Director of Energy Navigator, Inc., a private software development firm servicing the petroleum industry.
Michael J. Hibberd, B.A., M.B.A., LL.B. – Financial Advisor
Michael has significant energy project planning and capital markets experience. Having earned both law and MBA degrees, he spent 12 years with ScotiaMcLeod in corporate finance in Toronto and Calgary focusing on oil and gas, mining and communications companies. Michael was a Director and Senior Vice-President, Corporate Finance, at ScotiaMcLeod until 1995. In 1995, he established a corporate finance advisory business focused on providing advice to companies based in Calgary with North American and international operations. He has been actively involved in privatization projects in North America, Central Asia, the Middle East and South America. In addition to advising on Western Canadian and Nova Scotia projects that involved significant financing, Michael has been directly involved in projects, or in project financing and advisory work in the United States, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Oman, Qatar, Pakistan, Egypt, Iran, China, Thailand, Sudan, Tanzania and several other African nations. He is currently President of MJH Services Inc. and currently serves as a director of Challenger Energy (TSXV: CHA), Heritage Energy Corp. (TSX: HOC), RamTelecom (TSXV: RTC), AltaCanada Energy Corp. (TSXV symbol: ANG), Iteration Energy Ltd. (TSX symbol: ITX), Pan Orient Energy Corp. (TSXV symbol: POE), and Rally Energy Corp. (TSX symbol: RAL).
Murray Hinz - Finance
Murray has extensive experience working with all types of businesses as a financial advisor with various public accounting firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte. Murray is presently an international financial consultant providing CFO and other advisory services to public and private companies. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan and obtained his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 1998. Murray currently resides in Calgary, AB, Canada.
